Chairs can be futons too!

Some futon chairs require an ottoman to complete the single sleeper. Other futon chairs simply open out to a single bed. The product page will indicate when an ottoman is needed.

When a full/double bed is not required, a futon chair provides an elegant and space-saving additional sleeper for a guest room or cabin. Many futon chairs have wide arm rests, so end tables are not always needed in small spaces.

Futon chairs are easy to open out and easy to convert back to a chair. Some come with elegantly covered futon mattresses.
