PLEASE NOTE:

This is a great, large bunk bed frame, but it is packaged for delivery in boxes that are too large for small delivery trucks like the ones that Fed Ex and UPS use. It will be delivered to your house in an 18-wheeler truck by a common carrier trucking company. Please consider the following:

1. The large truck must be able to navigate the streets to your house.
2. You must be present to receive the delivery of your futon frame.
3. You must have someone available to help unload the truck. The packages will be too large for the driver to handle by himself.
4. The trucking companies only deliver to the curbside. You may have to carry the boxes into your house.
5. You should inspect your packages, at least the boxes, for damage before the driver leaves. If you notice any damage to the boxes or to their contents, you must report it to the driver immediately so it can be noted on the delivery paperwork.
